This entire site is covered by Belgian and international legislation on copyright and intellectual property. The names, brands and trade names mentioned on this site are the property of their respective owners. Any use or reproduction, in whole or in part, of the site, its component parts and/or the information contained therein, by any process whatsoever and without authorisation, constitutes an infringement punishable under the Intellectual Property Code.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Personal data processed by “KDC-Lux” is only accessible to authorised members of its staff to the extent strictly necessary for the performance of their duties. They are bound to respect the confidentiality of all such personal data. This implies:
an obligation not to access or seek to access data that is not strictly necessary for the performance of their duties;
